Learn the foundations of Pilates in a class designed to align posture, connect breath and start you off on your Pilates journey. After taking your first 3 Introductory privates, this class is designed for those who wish to continue with the lengthening, strengthening and stabilizing benefits of working with the Reformer while connecting breath and core to movement.
Find length, stretch and full body elongation. Using the Reformer, this class is the perfect pairing to give your body what it craves after a tight day. Tone and lengthen each muscle as you work building strength in flexibility and deep stabilizer control. A great compliment to your weekly circuit, spin and athletic performance classes.
When it comes to Pilates a subtle change can make all the difference, which is exactly what this class is all about. Originally created for instructors, this class is designed for those looking to master their technique and go deeper into the integration of body-mind connection. In an educational, explorative, laboratory-style of workshop training, discover how you can get the most out of your Pilates class and take your practice to new levels of technical mastery and challenge.
One of the best ways to perfect your Pilates practice is to build a strong base and a strong core. Using exercises that may seem familiar like the "100" becomes more difficult and challenging by level. Expect a classic 50 minutes class that has all the elements you should come to expect in a Pilates class - burn, tone, length & strength.
CARDIO + CORE
A core burn and cardio workout that will fire up your abs, ass & arms like none other. Using the Pilates Jumpboard to combine aerobic style exercises that work your entire core, this class is designed to burn fat and tone your body while focusing in on those abdominals.
Sculpt a long, lean body that is stable and strong to the core. Using classic Pilates balance work, stability challenges, faster transitions, and more advanced sequencing, this full body class will develop your strength, stamina and endurance from the core up.
Fire up your body in all the right ways. Working one side of the body at a time, in slow, controlled, isolate movements, you will feel the burn! Create long and lean muscles as your slow-twitch muscle fibers build heat in strength endurance. This full-body class will turn your muscles on in every way, give you that burn and heat that you crave.
